Iced Hot Chocolate
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of almond or soy unsweetened vanilla, or milk of your choice
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp of coconut sugar
Directions: In a blender mix all of the ingredients for about 2-3 min. After well mixed add ice cubes and enjoy a refreshing drink. This is good especially after a high intensity workout due to the Carbohydrates and Protein within this mixture.
