Pumpkin Banana Date Smoothie
- 1 banana-frozen- makes a thicker consistency
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 6 dates-chopped and pitted
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of almond milk-or milk of choice
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes or less
All all ingredients and mix on a blender on high speed for about 5 min or until well blended. Enjoy!
