Pumpkin Banana Date Smoothie

Pumpkin Banana Date Smoothie

  • 1 banana-frozen- makes a thicker consistency
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 6 dates-chopped and pitted
  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup of almond milk-or milk of choice
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes or less

All all ingredients and mix on a blender on high speed for about 5 min or until well blended.  Enjoy!
