Krispy Kale Chips
Kale is a nutritious food that contains many vitamins and minerals. It contains vitamins and minerals A, C, K, potassium, calcium, and iron. It also helps with protecting and preventing against diseases. This recipe is very basic and easy to make! Go ahead and try it!
- 1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
- 1 tbsp of olive oil if desired
- Seasonings: sea salt, garlic, rosemary, or any type
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F
Remove the stems of the kale, just using the leaf portion for the kale chips. Cut into 2 inch pieces. In a bowl toss the kale with the olive oil and seasonings. Make sure each piece of kale is covered. Place the kale on a baking sheet individually. Bake the kale until crispy for approximately 15-20 min.
