- 1/3 cup of pomegranate seeds
- 1/3 cup of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup of cranberry juice
- dash of honey
- ice cubes as needed
Combine all ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes, or until well blended. Sprinkle the finished product with Chia Seeds!
