Pomegranate Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of pomegranate seeds
  • 1/3 cup of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup of cranberry juice
  • dash of honey
  • ice cubes as needed

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes, or until well blended.  Sprinkle the finished product with Chia Seeds!

    1. When I buy cranberry juice I typically buy one that is very low in sugar and is organic. I might buy R.W. Knudsen’s organic cranberry juice or Simple Truth. I also look for 100% fruit juice and all natural. Be sure to look at the ingredients. Hope that helps!
