Berry Kale Chia Smoothie

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of frozen yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of baby kale or spinach-dandelion greens are also very nutritious
  • 1/2 cup of ice if using fresh fruits

-Tip: you can also freeze fresh fruit for your smoothies!

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
