- 1 cup of soy milk
- 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup of frozen yogurt or vanilla yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of baby kale or spinach-dandelion greens are also very nutritious
- 1/2 cup of ice if using fresh fruits

Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
