Ingredients: (For Dough)
- 2 1/4 tsp of yeast
- 1 1/2 cups of warm water
- 3 1/2 cups of flour mixed ( 1 cups of all purpose flour, 1 cup of wheat flour, and 1 1/2 cups of bread flour)
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp of sugar
For the sauce: I use an old family secret recipe. Use any sauce of choice for the pizza!
For the Vegetables:
I typically use just 1-2 sliced tomatoes, fresh basil, and spinach for my cheese pizza.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread sauce on the pizza-cook the sauce and dough for about 7 minutes. Take pizza back out and place cheese and toppings on the pizza. (I usually wait to put the spinach on until I take it out so it doesn’t get burnt). Cook remaining pizza for 20 minutes or until cheese and crust are cooked!
