Pumpkin Pie Smoothie



  • 1 banana-preferably frozen
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup of almond or soy milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup of frozen yogurt-optional
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup of ice cubes-add more if needs


Combine all ingredients and mix in a blender until well combined.
