Ingredients:
- 1 banana-preferably frozen
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of almond or soy milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of nutmeg
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup of frozen yogurt-optional
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup of ice cubes-add more if needs
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix in a blender until well combined.
