Strawberry Chia Jelly



  • 3 cups of strawberries-fresh or frozen
  • 3 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup of coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup of water-add more if needed
  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract


Combine strawberries in a pan on medium heat with coconut sugar, honey, and vanilla extract.  Add the chia seeds and water. Mix for about 10 minutes or until a desired consistency forms.
