Ingredients:
- 3 cups of strawberries-fresh or frozen
- 3 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/3 cup of coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup of water-add more if needed
- 3 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine strawberries in a pan on medium heat with coconut sugar, honey, and vanilla extract. Add the chia seeds and water. Mix for about 10 minutes or until a desired consistency forms.
