- 2 cups of brussel sprouts-washed and halved
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pear-thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
In a medium skillet heat the vegetable oil, brussel sprouts, and 3 cloves of garlic. After 5 min add the pears to the mixture. Cook for 10 minutes. I garnished mine with Hazelnuts , feel free to do the same!
