Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt (I usually use the plain unsweetened one)
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 handful of pecans
- 1/2 cup of pineapple
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
Directions:
In a cup or mason jar, alternate layering the yogurt and fruit. Place the chia seeds and pecans on the top. Enjoy!
