Greek Yogurt Parfait


  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt (I usually use the plain unsweetened one)
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 handful of pecans
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries


In a cup or mason jar, alternate layering the yogurt and fruit. Place the chia seeds and pecans on the top.  Enjoy!Featured image
