Pineapple Bok Choy

Ingredients for Bok Choy:

  • 1 can of pineapples in water or light syrup-or 1 cup of fresh pineapples
  • 1 can of water chestnuts
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 large Bok Choy
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp of soy sauce-reduced sodium
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • sprinkle of pepper, chilli powder
