Ingredients:
- 1 blood orange
- 1/2 cup of arugula
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of tofu cooked
- 1/2 cup of bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup of sweet potatoes-cooked and cubed
- 1/2 cup of garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and enjoy! Add any dressing of choice. I usually use berry fresh fruit vinegar or just oil and vinegar!
