Breakfast Power Bowl

 

Steel cut oatmeal

 

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of sweet potato-cooked
  • 1 cup of steel cut oats-cooked
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 2 tbsp of green pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk-unsweetened vanilla

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
