- 1 cup of steel cut oats-cooked
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
- 2 tbsp of green pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of almond milk-unsweetened vanilla
