Servings: 8-10


  • 4 pieces of lavash flatbread
  • 3 tbsp olive oil-you may need more
  • 4 cloves of garlic-minced
  • paprika
  • pepper
  • pink salt or sea salt-minimal amounts
  • onion powder
  • oregano

Directions:  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. You will need two baking sheets along with parchment paper.

Drizzle olive oil on each side of the lavash bread followed by all of the seasonings.  Make sure the bread is coated evenly with the seasonings, garlic, and olive oil. Cut the bread into mini squares (there should be 20-30 pieces when they are cut).  Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy. Repeat with the next two pieces of lavash bread.  This makes a perfect pairing for a jalapeno yogurt dip, hummus, etc. Enjoy!
