Ingredients:
- 1-2 cups of red quinoa-cooked
- 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1 cup of tomatoes-halved
- 2 cups of black beans
- 1 red and 1 yellow pepper
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of pink salt
- 1 tbsp of paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 clove of minced garlic
