- 1 cup cooked steel-cut oats
- 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 kiwi
- 3 strawberries-sliced
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 4 slices of avocado
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
-Feel free to add 1 tbsp of almond butter or any nut butter for additional protein!
Combine steel-cut oats and almond milk in a bowl, followed by fruit, and chia seeds. Enjoy!
