Crispy Purple Kale Chips

  • 1 bunch of purple kale
  • 3 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  •  2 tsp lemon juice

Directions: Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Wash and pat dry kale, tear into bite size pieces. Toss the kale in olive oil, followed by nutritional yeast, paprika, and pepper.  Cook in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until crispy (don’t overcook).  Let cool for 10 minutes and drizzle with lemon juice.  Enjoy!
