Orange Cranberry Chia Jam


  • zest of 1/2 of an orange
  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup of water-may need additional water
  • 3 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


In a pan on medium heat add the water and cranberries for ten minutes.  Next add the chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Heat for 10 more minutes constantly stirring to thicken the mixture.  Add the orange zest. Let sit and cool.  For best results store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
