Servings: 1 Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mixed berries
- 1/4 cup of frozen/fresh pineapple
- 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk/or milk of choice
- 1 tbsp honey-optional
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions: In a blender combine the berries, pineapple, ice, almond milk, and honey. Top with chia seeds!
