Banana Bread Smoothie

Servings: 1


  • 4 small pieces of frozen banana bread-please see my recipe for banana bread under “GF Banana Bread Parfait”.
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 1/2-1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Frozen almond milk-you can find this in stores near the ice cream and frozen yogurt.  You can also use frozen yogurt.

Directions: You will need a blender

In a blender combine all ingredients.  Mix on high speed for 2-3 minutes or until well combined.  Enjoy!
