Almond Butter Strawberry Bites


Servings: 2-3


  • 1/2 dozen fresh strawberries
  • 4 tbsp of almond butter-you may use crunchy almond butter for additional texture

Directions: Wash strawberries prior to use.

Cut off the tops of the strawberries and scoop out part of the inside-big enough to make room for the almond butter.  Add almond butter and garnish with chia seeds.  Enjoy!

This makes a great “on the go” protein packed snack!
