Steel Cut Oats with Hazelnuts and Coconut Milk


Servings: 1


  • 1 cup of steel cut oats-cooked
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries-halved
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1 tbsp avocados
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Combine the steel cut oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl.  Next add the fruit and hazelnuts-feel free to add a little honey to the mixture for additional flavor.  Enjoy!
