Ingredients:
- 1 cup of steel cut oats-cooked
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of strawberries-halved
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1 tbsp avocados
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Combine the steel cut oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl. Next add the fruit and hazelnuts-feel free to add a little honey to the mixture for additional flavor. Enjoy!
