Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- 7 dates-pitted
- 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
- 1tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
In a blender combine all ingredients except for the chia seeds (they tend to make everything very thick). Blend for approximately 5 minutes or until well combined. Pour in a mason jar and add the chia seeds on top. Enjoy this refreshing smoothie filled with a lot of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants!
