Peanut Butter Granola

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of old fashion oats-use gluten-free if you have Celiac
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (you may also use almond or sunflower butter)
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup of green pumpkin seeds
  •  2 tbsp of qunioa
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds

Directions:  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients (except for the chia seeds and quinoa) in a large bowl and mix until clumps form.  Place granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake for 15-20 minutes mixing the granola halfway through. Let cool for 15 minutes and add the chia seeds and qunioa,  enjoy!
