- 2 cups of old fashion oats-use gluten-free if you have Celiac
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (you may also use almond or sunflower butter)
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup
- 1 cup of green pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp of qunioa
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients (except for the chia seeds and quinoa) in a large bowl and mix until clumps form. Place granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes mixing the granola halfway through. Let cool for 15 minutes and add the chia seeds and qunioa, enjoy!
