Steel Cut Oats with Fresh Strawberries


Servings: 1


  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 cup of steel cut oats
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp green pumpkin seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds


Bring 3 cups of water to a boil, and add in the steel cut oats.  Reduce heat to a low simmer and cover with a lid.  Cook for 15-20 minutes, stir occasionally. Once the oats are done, add them to a bowl along with almond milk, strawberries, walnuts, pumpkin, and chia seeds.  Enjoy!
