- 1 acorn squash
- 2 tbsp green pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup+ of molasses
- 3 tbsp+ of pumpkin puree
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake the acorn squash whole in the oven for approximately 1 hour on a baking sheet. Once the acorn squash is done, combine the molasses and pumpkin puree in a small sauce pan on low heat for approximately 10 minutes-be careful not to burn the sauce. You may also add additional spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and all spice for additional flavor to the sauce. Cut the acorn squash into wedges and drizzle the sauce over the acorn followed by the pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
