Sweet Potato Smoothie

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 sweet potato-baked for 1 hour prior to use
  • 1 cup dates-soaked for 1 hour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup, grade A
  • Dash of honey
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4-1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
