Ingredients:
- 1/2 sweet potato-baked for 1 hour prior to use
- 1 cup dates-soaked for 1 hour
- 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup, grade A
- Dash of honey
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4-1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
